What is the difference between a draft and a saved record?
A draft is a proposal you can review and edit. It does not affect totals. A saved record has been explicitly confirmed and appears in the transaction list and overview.
Does confirming an entry make a payment?
No. Binome360 keeps records. It does not send money, initiate transfers or verify a bank payment.
Why does the assistant ask for a space?
The main assistant can receive personal or work entries. Choose the destination before saving so that each record stays with the right activity.
What if text, voice or receipt capture fails?
Keep the original information, correct the transcript if available, or use the manual form. Missing details should be verified before confirmation.
Are different currencies added together?
No. Totals retain their currency. Select a currency to inspect its records; the app does not silently convert or combine them.
Can I correct a saved transaction?
Open the transaction, edit the fields and save. Its change history remains available. Deleted records are excluded from totals and can be restored as drafts for review.
